Job summary

AAA Cincinnati is seeking dependable associates for full-time 2nd shift, including weekends, to provide lock-out, jump starts, tire changes, and towing services from the fleet location in Cincinnati. You will work on service vehicles, assist Members, and uphold safety and quality standards.

This position offers a competitive base pay starting at $23.50 per hour, plus a 10% shift differential on 2nd shift, overtime opportunities, monthly bonuses up to $300, paid training, paid holidays, and a

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Ability to pass a physical examination as required by DOT or company policy.
• 3 years of automotive/mechanical experience or 3 years in sales/customer service.
• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds and use hand tools.
• Satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening results.
• Operate vehicles from a service vehicle and complete related reports.
• Complete required departmental training within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire changes using guidelines.
• Provide tow and recovery services using established procedures.
• Mobile Battery Technicians install and test batteries for Members.
• Communicate with members to keep them informed and safe.
• Make sound decisions for safe service and to meet member needs.
• Enter call information into in-truck technology, process payments and reports.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for safe operation and security.
• Support AAA at events promoting the brand.
