Canadian Pacific Kansas City seeks a Roadmaster in Beaumont, TX to lead track operations and supervise union crews while ensuring FRA compliance and safety standards. This role emphasizes emergency planning, capital project oversight, and accurate asset tracking in TAMS.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership, and a solid grasp of MWED bargaining terms. On-call emergency support is required on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in rail operations is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, with 2+ years leading teams or projects.
• Strong knowledge of railway safety regulations and FRA compliance.
• Ability to interpret and apply MWED collective bargaining agreement in daily ops.
• On-call emergency response support on a rotation basis.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor unionized staff in alignment with the Collective Agreement.
• Oversee track operations and maintenance-of-way activities for safety and efficiency.
• Develop emergency response and contingency plans to minimize service interruptions.
• Ensure capital planning objectives are executed and resources optimized.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure inspections are logged in TAMS.
• Conduct monthly territory reviews with T&E for safety and performance.
