Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years railroad experience in track maintenance & renewal.
• Minimum of 1 year experience leading track renewal crews.
• Proficiency of railway track safety rules.
• Participation in an on-call rotation for 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Roadmaster in enforcing safety practices, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to achieving compliance, service, and financial outcomes.
• Oversee emergency responses to service disruptions and seasonal plans.
• Manage employees per the collective agreement and resolve disputes.
• Gather information to aid in capital planning priorities.
• Oversee TP&E projects quality and FRA regulatory alignment.
