CPKC, North America's first transnational railroad, seeks a Roadmaster to lead safety-focused operations. You will supervise union staff, oversee track maintenance, and ensure adherence to FRA rules. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with track renewal or maintenance.
• Directing teams or managing complex projects in rail operations.
• Well-versed in FRA regulations and MWED collective bargaining terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust emergency response and contingency plans.
• Mentor craft employees and support skill advancement.
• Direct unionized staff under the collective agreement and resolve disputes.
• Oversee capital planning and optimize resource use for projects.
• Maintain inventory and document inspections in Track Asset Management Systems.
• Conduct monthly territory reviews with Train & Engine personnel.
• Drive regulatory compliance, safety, and sustainable financial results.
• Ensure FRA regulatory protocols are followed and safety standards upheld.
