Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Road Supervisor in New York to oversee operations, ensure compliance with NYCT and NYS DMV rules, and manage driver performance on revenue routes. You will hire, fire, discipline, and supervise Quality Control staff to prepare vehicles for service and coordinate dispatcher duties for safe transport of passengers.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage and supervise employees and staff.
  • Must be 21 years of age with a valid NYS CDL Class C with passenger endorsement.
  • Unrestricted license valid for at least 3 years; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the monthly NDT Report (due on 5th).
  • Maintain the PO Log and daily gasoline fuel log.
  • Enter data daily for Midnight Verification and MTA Log.
  • Conduct new hire interviews and follow hiring procedures.
  • Prepare new driver personnel files promptly.
  • Schedule drivers daily and create holiday office staff schedules.
  • Update Personal records and driver roaster for Medport monthly.
  • Maintain driver phone list and investigate customer complaints by email.
  • Enter data for road observation logs and investigate code 61 reports.
  • Run AVL reports; dispatch as needed; manage monthly invoicing and logs.
  • Keep driver incentive logs up to date.
