Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Road US division, based in Midland or Odessa, TX. The role focuses on driving profitable growth by acquiring new customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding relationships within the small- and medium-sized segment.

You will promote road transportation, freight brokerage, and logistics solutions. You will collaborate with Pricing, Operations, and Sales Support to tailor transportation solutions,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience building customer relationships and supporting revenue growth preferred.
• Experience in KPI-driven, goal-oriented environments preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the small- and medium-sized customer segment and assigned territories.
• Acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry engagement, and relationship-building activities.
• Reactivate inactive or dormant customer accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement and revenue.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of small- and medium-sized customer accounts to support revenue growth and long-term business development objectives.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and opportunities.
• Convert qualified opportunities into active, revenue-generating customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing and prospective customer accounts.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue, customer acquisition, and business growth objectives.
