Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, supply chain, transportation, or related field.
• 2+ years of client service experience handling high-volume requests via email, phone, and other platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and data management proficiency.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industry guidelines and carrier/shipper systems (e.g., dry van, reefer, LTL).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments by leveraging contracted rates and securing capacity with carriers.
• Manage bookings, prepare documentation, and meet transit time and routing requirements.
• Communicate with shippers, dispatch and track pickups, and update shipment status.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery and resolve delays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
