Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in trucking, transportation, dispatch, or freight operations.
• Experience with FTL, LTL, P&D, and dispatch activities.
• Experience with carrier relationships and problem resolution in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with routing, consolidation, and capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trucking activities for import/export airfreight to ensure on-time execution.
• Manage local Pickup & Delivery operations and movement of freight between customers, terminals, warehouses, and gateways.
• Execute regional dispatch, routing, carrier assignments, and capacity management.
• Negotiate rates and source capacity with approved transportation providers.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal procedures.
• Enter and maintain shipment data in transportation management systems.
