Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience dispatching.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service assigned carriers and track performance.
• Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators.
• Provide customer support for trip issues.
