Transdev North America in Phoenix, AZ invites applications for a Road/Dispatcher Supervisor (West Yard). The role focuses on safety, supervision, and coordinating operations with Operators.

Responsibilities include daily scheduling, counseling, and evaluating drivers; hosting safety training; and assisting DOT compliance. CDL Class B required; 2–3 years transit supervisory experience preferred; flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid CDL Class B required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years transit supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills & interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must have a flexible work schedule.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Transdev in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Road/Dispatcher Supervisor. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

• Starting pay $23.75 with progression to $36.79 over 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
