Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED and a valid CDL.
• Prior supervisory experience with hourly staff preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and use basic Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate requirements to drivers and manage day-to-day scheduling.
• Lead on-scene accident investigations and assist with reports.
• Develop and deliver driver safety training and retraining.
• Monitor driver safety and performance for compliance.
• Coordinate with customers and management on safety concerns.
• Support DOT/FTA compliance including drug testing records.
• Occasionally drive routes and perform other duties as needed.
