Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Bus Driver/Operator in Phoenix, AZ to ensure safe and reliable transportation for passengers with high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Interviews are conducted in person at 405 North 79th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85043, with pay starting at $22.46/hour and potential progression to $35.79/hour over five years, under the unionCollective Bargaining Agreement. Benefits include vacation, sick leave, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k, and company holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL or CDL permit.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• DOT drug testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate bus routes safely and on schedule.
• Provide passenger assistance and safe boarding.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
