Qualifications

• One year of highway maintenance management experience or six years of related highway work.
• Valid Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C driver's license.
• You must meet PA residency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance planning: develop programs, estimates, and plans.
• Crew supervision: oversee maintenance crews and minor construction.
• Project coordination: review material, personnel, and equipment requests.
• Agility agreements: manage local partner arrangements.
• Emergency management: direct incident response for the county.
