ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. ® (ESI) seeks a Plant Operator for our Sedalia, Missouri RNG plant. You will operate and maintain the plant equipment, troubleshoot systems, and work with the Plant Manager to meet performance goals.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on problem solving, and teamwork within a three-person operations team. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in plant operations, mechanical aptitude, and ability to read PFDs/schematics; DOT testing and travel may be required.

Qualificações

• 1-5 years of Plant operations or related experience.
• Trade school cert, HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and background.
• Ability to read basic PFDs and electrical schematics.
• Ability to use basic troubleshooting tools (multimeters, thermography, gas testing).
• Basic Windows computer skills.
• Established troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in maintenance planning and preventive maintenance strategies.
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and communicate with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the Plant and equipment safely and in an organized manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; remote/onsite support available.
• Maximize SCADA utilization for predictive and proactive operations and maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on major and ancillary equipment.
• Use ODMS to track events, data, and daily readings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations; gather data, inspections, permits, and audits.
• Respond to plant callouts promptly (within ~2 hours).
• Assist training of coworkers or temporary operators.
• Travel to assist other plants or for training.
• Follow SOPs; contribute to SOP development.
