Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. is seeking a Plant Operator for the Sedalia, Missouri plant to maximize production and support the RNG project.

You will work with the Plant Manager and a small team to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot plant systems, while ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires hands-on work, willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate with leadership to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of plant operations experience or related work.
• Trade school cert, high school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and background.
• Ability to read basic process diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Experience using troubleshooting tools (multimeters, gas testers, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the plant and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Utilize SCADA for predictive and proactive operations and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist in major repairs as needed.
• Document events and readings in the ODMS system and ensure compliance.
• Support training of coworkers and backup for other operators as required.
