Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. ® (ESI) seeks a Plant Operator for the Rougemont, North Carolina RNG facility. You will operate the landfill gas to RNG plant, perform routine and non-routine maintenance, and work with the Plant Manager on performance goals.

The role requires a hands-on, safety-minded professional who thrives in a team environment and can handle 12-hour shifts. Based near Rougemont, NC, you may travel to other plants or corporate locations.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of Plant operations experience.
• Trade school certification, high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand basic Process Flow Diagrams and Electrical Schematics.
• Ability to use basic troubleshooting tools (multimeters, thermographic, gas testing equipment).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Plant and all associated equipment safely and methodically.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; provide on-site/off-site support as needed.
• Learn to maximize SCADA utilization for predictive and proactive operations/maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on major and ancillary equipment.
• Use ODMS to track events, data, and daily readings.
