Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in CMC-related work, HPLC/UHPLC experience, and strong writing skills for regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant CMC-related experience
• Hands‑on experience with HPLC/UHPLC for RNA, lipid, and impurity quantitation
• Hands‑on experience with DLS, RiboGreen, ELISA, Raman, UV-Vis
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong technical writing for reports, protocols, and regulatory documentation
• Familiarity with ICH/FDA regulatory expectations for analytical data

Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, and optimize analytical methods for RNA therapeutics, lipids, and related components
• Support routine and platform analytical testing across safety, identity, content, purity/impurity, potency, and quality attributes for LNP-encapsulated RNA
• Lead method lifecycle activities including method development, qualification, validation, and transfer to CROs/CDMOs with SOPs and reports
• Collaborate with process development, formulation, research, and manufacturing teams to support analytical development and milestones
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges, interpret data, and improve assay performance and robustness
• Perform and oversee routine and non-routine analytical testing, data review, and interpretation to ensure data quality and compliance
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation
• Analyze and communicate complex analytical data in clear reports to inform leadership decisions
