Job summary

• High expertise in analytical method development for RNA therapeutics.
• Experience with biophysical and separation techniques for characterization of lipids, antibodies, and RNA modalities.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, and optimize analytical methods for RNA-based therapeutics and LNPs.
• Support routine and platform analytical testing across safety, identity, content, and quality attributes.
• Lead method lifecycle activities including development, qualification, validation, and transfer to CROs/CDMOs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support analytical development and enable program milestones.
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation and communicate complex data clearly.
