Aldevron is a leading CDMO accelerating the development of RNA-based therapies in a fast-paced, on-site Fargo operation. The Scientist II role oversees multiple new technical transfer projects from development through clinical and commercial applications, ensuring robust, compliant GMP processes.

Qualifications

Experience in technical transfer through manufacturing, experimental design, and data analysis in a cGMP environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects with robust knowledge in biologics downstream bioprocessing.
Strong technical writing and change control experience.
Experience guiding RNA/LNP programs through development to commercial stages.

Responsibilities

Design, execute and oversee plans, experiments and reports through all phases of RNA work streams, including documentation and batch execution.
Serve as a technical leader, onboarding RNA transfers throughout the product life cycle.
Drive cross-functional initiatives, training, and communication within GMP and non-GMP spaces as SME.
Independently execute and lead technical writing and investigations.
Align with evolving business priorities by supporting other functional areas.
