Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Program Manager for the RNA Business unit. The role oversees programs across client accounts, ensuring delivery within timelines and KPI targets, while fostering strong client relationships and internal collaboration.

You will join a mission-driven team, support governance, forecast capacity, and assist in proposals, renewals, and growth initiatives from a remote/Fargo-based setting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; advanced degree in life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years in client-facing project/program roles in life sciences.
• Experience managing projects/contracts in regulated biotech/pharma.
• mRNA LNP Drug Product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program execution across client accounts, budgets, and KPIs.
• Build trusted client relationships at all levels and manage conflicts.
• Mentor internal teams and ensure high-quality client service.
• Maintain program governance, forecast capacity, and report risks and opportunities.
• Support business growth and continuous improvement through proposals and renewals.
