Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Program Manager to lead RNA business unit programs from Fargo, ND with remote work options. You will manage cross‑functional projects, nurture client partnerships, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with governance and KPI targets.

The role requires a scientific bachelor’s degree (advanced preferred), 5+ years in client-facing program roles in life sciences, and experience in regulated biotech environments, including mRNA LNP Drug

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in a scientific field.
• Minimum 5+ years in a client-facing program management role in life sciences.
• Experience managing projects and contracts in regulated biotech/pharma settings.
• Experience with mRNA LNP Drug Product is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast risks and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and project execution across client accounts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Build and sustain trust-based client relationships at all levels.
• Serve as liaison for internal teams, mentoring members and ensuring high-quality service.
• Maintain program governance, track metrics, forecast capacity, and report status to leadership.
• Support business development and continuous improvement through proposals and account strategy.
