Job summary
Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Scientist I in Fargo, ND to onboard RNA transfer activities from development through clinical and commercial stages in GMP spaces. You will review processes, implement robust manufacturing steps, and collaborate with internal teams.
The role reports to the Manager of RNA Technical Operations in the Technical Operations Department and is an on-site position. Ideal candidates have degrees in chemical/biomedical fields and hands-on RNA manufacturing
Qualifications
- BS degree with 2+ years in biopharma, drug substance, or RNA/LNP manufacturing.
- MS degree with 1+ years in scale-up or technical operations in biopharma.
- PhD with 0+ years in process development or RNA/LNP manufacturing.
- Experience in RNA manufacturing, experimental design, and data analysis preferred.
- Basic knowledge in biologics downstream bioprocessing and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding RNA technical transfers through product life cycle.
- Represent SME with cross functional teams to support on time delivery.
- Execute change controls and aid in investigations and writing.
- Provide technical support for GMP operations and process reviews.
- Align with evolving business priorities and resource needs.
