Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Project Manager to drive cross-functional development and manufacturing campaigns for clients. You will coordinate teams across service lines, ensure deliverables, and meet deadlines in a GMP-regulated environment.

The role is on-site in Fargo, ND, with travel as needed and a focus on process improvement and documentation to support life sciences projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management.
Experience managing client-facing projects.
Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field or CDMO preferred.
Understanding GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release.

Responsibilities

Act as a critical point of contact for clients by leading project team meetings, ensuring follow-up of actions items, and escalating issues when required.
Use critical thinking to proactively identify project barriers, generate solutions, and elevate issues as needed.
Maintain project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, proposals, requirements documents, and presentations.
Communicate updates to internal and external teams while maintaining confidentiality.
Identify opportunities for, contribute to, and lead training and process improvement initiatives.
