Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Scientist II R&D to advance mRNA and lipid nanoparticle analytics in our Fargo, ND site. You will liaise with clients, design experiments, and manage projects to meet deadlines.

You will contribute to analytical method development, data interpretation, and regulatory-aligned documentation while collaborating with the AMD team to drive quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with required industry experience in CDMO or related field.
• Experience in development/optimization of biologics and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of analytical method development and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to present findings clearly and manage client communications.
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop services and technologies such as mRNA, sgRNA, and LNPs.
• Lead experiments for bio-physical and chemical data analysis.
• Establish site processes, SOPs, and equipment qualification.
• Create project reports and present findings to clients and leadership.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between clients and analytical teams.
