Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a GMP Biomanufacturing Operator I for the Fargo, ND site. The role is onsite in our GMP Manufacturing Team, executing production events in a GMP environment.

You'll work under supervision to perform transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, and final fill supporting pDNA, mRNA, and protein products, while following safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English and apply basic math.
• Good communication skills for reporting, documentation, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes (transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, final fill) to support pDNA, mRNA, and protein products.
• Maintain a safety-first and audit-ready mindset in manufacturing areas.
• Follow GMP practices and proper documentation and regulatory expectations.
