Job summary

Aldevron in Fargo, ND is hiring a GMP Biomanufacturing Operator II to join the Manufacturing team on-site. You will execute core manufacturing steps for pDNA, mRNA, and protein products, while maintaining aseptic, compliant, and quality-focused operations.

You will work with DBS tools to drive continuous improvement, comply with SOPs, and support safe, efficient production in a GMP environment. Weekend or modified shifts may be required depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for reporting and documentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended/altered schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes: transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, and final fill.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset and ensure audit-ready environment in manufacturing areas.
• Comply with gowning, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices; support DBS-driven improvements.
