Qualifications

• BS with 8+ years of related experience or MS with 6+ years or PhD with 2+ years in science-related disciplines.
• Experience in managing manufacturing timelines including raw material sourcing and inventory.
• Experience in RNA manufacturing operations including bioreactors, chromatography, and filtration.
• Knowledge of technology transfer from PD to pilot facility and from pilot to GMP manufacturing.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute RNA manufacturing operations supporting nonGMP manufacturing activities.
• Provide leadership for the RNA Pilot, ensuring understanding between process development and manufacturing execution.
• Build and operate an agile development manufacturing model in the RNA space for various programs.
• Ensure operations are executed in a phase-appropriate manner balancing speed, compliance, and scientific rigor.
• Partner with analytical labs for testing readiness and timely material release.
• Ensure readiness across people, process, materials, equipment, facilities, documentation, and testing.
