Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a professional to support RNA manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will contribute to nonGMP activities, participate in agile development, and help ensure compliant, high-quality material delivery.

Qualifications include a degree in bio/chemical engineering or related field with 2–4+ years of science experience; MS with 1–2+ years is a plus. Strong emphasis on data analytics, KPI management, and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Degree in Bio/Chemical Engineering, Bio/Chemistry, or related field required.
• BS with 2–4+ years in science-related disciplines; MS with 1–2+ years preferred.
• Experience with RNA manufacturing unit operations including bioreactors, chromatography, and filtration.
• Knowledge of technology transfer from PD to pilot and pilot to GMP manufacturing.
• Strong KPI management and production documentation experience.
• Experience compiling/interpreting RNA analytics and biophysical characterization (HPLC, CE, ELISAs).
• Past people management or mentorship experience encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Support and execute RNA manufacturing operations for nonGMP activities.
• Operate in an agile development manufacturing model for rapid material delivery.
• Ensure phase-appropriate execution balancing speed, compliance and rigor.
• Collaborate with analytical labs for sample submission and release of material.
• Provide technical problem-solving during campaigns and implement CAPAs.
