Bristol Myers Squibb in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Scientist to lead an integrated RNA Pilot Manufacturing operation, delivering high-quality material across development stages. The role requires deep manufacturing expertise and the ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, science-driven setting.

In this role, you will partner with CMC, Analytical Development, Process Development, Quality, and GMP facilities to ensure timely material delivery, robust transfer of knowledge,

Qualificações

• Degree in Bio/Chemical Engineering, Bio/Chemistry, or related field with 8+ years’ experience (BS), 6+ years (MS), or 2+ years (PhD).
• Experience managing manufacturing timelines including raw material sourcing and inventory.
• Experience with RNA manufacturing unit operations such as bioreactors, chromatography, and filtration.
• Experience with technology transfer from PD to pilot to GMP manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute RNA manufacturing operations for non-GMP activities.
• Provide leadership for the RNA Pilot and ensure seamless knowledge transfer from development to manufacturing.
• Build an agile development manufacturing model to rapidly deliver material for programs.
• Ensure phase-appropriate manufacturing with speed, compliance, and scientific rigor.
• Coordinate with analytical labs to ensure testing readiness and timely material release.
