Yoh is seeking an Analytical Testing Associate I in Waltham, MA to perform development and testing of mRNA drug product samples using DLS, HPLC, Ribogreen, capillary electrophoresis, and basic physico-chemical assays.

The role requires a BS in science and 2+ years in an analytical lab, with flexibility for overtime and evenings. Full-time schedule, with potential to support project-driven testing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in science (chemistry, biology, etc.) or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical laboratory
• Hands-on experience with multiple analytical techniques
• Experience setting up analytical equipment and GMP methods
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills
• Flexible and responsive to change; results-driven problem solver

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing using DLS, HPLC, Ribogreen fluorescence, capillary electrophoresis, osmolality, conductivity, and pH
• Document results in electronic notebook and track sample requests
• Coordinate shipping/receiving of samples to contract labs
• Support data analysis with process development teams and participate in development studies
