Yoh Services LLC presents an excellent long-term mRNA Drug Product Development- Analytical Testing Associate I opportunity with a trusted client in Waltham, MA.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science and 2+ years in an analytical laboratory, with hands-on experience in DLS, HPLC, Ribogreen, capillary electrophoresis, and osmolality testing. You will document results, manage sample flow, and collaborate with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in science (chemistry, biology, etc.) or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical laboratory setting
• Hands-on experience in multiple analytical techniques preferred
• Experience setting up new analytical equipment and establishing development methods based on current GMP methods
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work and communicate cross-functionally
• Ability to be flexible and responsive to change, be a results-driven problem solver

Responsabilités

• Implement development methods and testing drug product samples using analytical techniques (DLS, HPLC, Ribogreen, capillary electrophoresis, osmolality, pH)
• Document analytical test results using an electronic notebook
• Complete and track sample requests to internal Analytical Science group
• Manage shipping and receiving of samples to contract labs
• Compile data in spreadsheets and collaborate on data analysis with process development team members
• Assist in process development studies as needed

Yoh presents an excellent long-term mRNA Drug Product Development- Analytical Testing Associate I opportunity with a trusted, long-term client located in Waltham, MA.

This position is part of a major pharmaceutical company, and requires a Bachelors degree in science (chemistry, biology, etc.) or equivalent experience. Schedule is full-time M-F (7am-8am start time, 8 hour shift)and may require flexibility to work some evenings and overtime due to projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing development methods and testing drug product samples using the following analytical techniques:
  • Particle size (DLS)
  • Chromatography (HPLC)
  • Fluorescence assay (Ribogreen)
  • Capillary electrophoresis
  • Osmolality, conductivity, pH

Additional duties include:

• Documenting analytical test results using an electronic notebook
• Completing and tracking sample requests to internal Analytical Science group
• Managing shipping and receiving of samples to contract labs
• Compiling data in spreadsheets and collaborating on data analysis with process development team members
• Assist in process development studies as needed

Estimated Min Rate: $28.00
