Job summary

Yoh Life Sciences is seeking an Analytical Scientist to join a combined Analytical Development and Quality Control group in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. The candidate should have strong GMP analytical testing skills and hands-on HPLC/UPLC experience to execute established methods with minimal ramp-up time.

The role emphasizes routine analytical testing, stability and release testing with potential growth into analytical development and method generation as experience increases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related
• Minimum 3 years of analytical lab experience in GMP environment
• Strong hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC in regulated lab
• Ability to document activities and results accurately

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing using HPLC/UPLC in a GMP lab
• Execute established methods for release testing and stability studies
• Perform tests using AEX, SEC, and purity-based assays
• Prepare samples, standards, buffers, and reagents per procedures
• Review data and escalate atypical results
• Maintain compliant lab documentation per GMP
• Follow SOPs and data-integrity requirements
• Support investigations and resolve analytical issues
• Train on additional techniques as needed
• Collaborate with QC, Analytical Development, and Manufacturing to support seven-day operations
• Contribute to method development and optimization over time
• Maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment
