Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, in Waltham, MA, seeks a Senior Laboratory Analyst III to join the Analytical Development group within Genomic Medicine. You will develop, validate and transfer analytical methods for viral and non-viral therapeutics, focusing on PCR-based assays in GMP/GDP settings.

Requirements include 3–5 years in industry with qPCR/ddPCR experience, BS/MS in Biological Sciences, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Molecular biology development experience.
• Experience performing qPCR and ddPCR experiments, including data tracking and trending.

Responsibilities

• Perform qPCR and ddPCR methods for viral and non-viral therapeutics.
• Develop and/or qualify analytical methods.
• Maintain lab organization and safety in GDP environment.
• Ensure compliant documentation with written records and electronic notebooks.
• Collaborate with associates, scientists, and management across functions.
