Job summary

Springfield Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care to patients in compliance with state and federal regulations. This RN role involves utilizing the Nursing Process and ensuring that nursing care and documentation are properly managed.

The ideal candidate will hold an ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing school and possess an active RN license. The position offers a salary range of $35.13 to $57.64 per hour along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing or compact state RN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• De-escalation Training.
• Phlebotomy Training.
• Six (6) months of nursing experience is desirable for specialty areas.

• Utilize the Nursing Process to make nursing judgments and assumes responsibilities for nursing care and documentation to include delegation of work to other levels of employees.
• Ensure practice meets compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing

Salary Range: The base rate for this position is $35.13- $57.64 per hour. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education and experience of the successful candidate.
