Job summary

StoryPoint and Independence Village are seeking a Wellness Director to guide the overall clinical resident care services, ensuring the 1440 experience and leading staff connections within the community.

The role requires an RN licensed in Wisconsin, with CDP compliance within 90 days, and preferred experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care. You will drive care quality, marketing wellness initiatives, and regulatory compliance while leading a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Wisconsin.
• CDP certification required by hire or within 90 days of start.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for team performance across wellness services.
• Oversee revenue for Wellness, Evaluations, Care Conferences and Service Plans.
• Coordinate Alzheimer's and Dementia programs.
• Align operations with 1440 care standards and care plan accuracy.
• Effectively communicate organizational goals to staff and residents.
• Foster partnerships with community leaders and external partners.
