Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Wisconsin (CDP due within 90 days).
• Leadership experience is preferred for the role.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully.
• Demonstrated track record as a high performer.
• Ability to work through complex issues and problem solve.

Aufgaben

• Lead and be accountable for your team and their performance.
• Drive revenue across Wellness, Evaluations, Care Conferences and Service Plans with appropriate staffing.
• Coordinate Alzheimer’s and Dementia program initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to 1440 care standards and communicate vision to staff and residents.
• Build partnerships with community leaders and external partners to advance goals.
• Own wellness marketing in collaboration with the Executive Director and Sales Team.
• Conduct admissions and quarterly evaluations, set measurable resident goals.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and obtain necessary care-plan changes.
