Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care and supports resident rights and dignity.
• Supervises CNAs and nursing staff on shift.
• Gives and receives shift reports and ensures safe care.
• Maintains accurate medical records and confidentiality.
• Ensures infection control and safety precautions are followed.
• Assists with admissions, re-admissions, and transfers.
• Communicates with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Participates in departmental meetings and in-services.
