Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care while promoting residents' rights and dignity.
• Supervises CNAs and all subordinate staff on shift.
• Gives and receives shift reports and coordinates care.
• Rounds the unit to ensure safe, clean care environment.
• Maintains infection control and safety practices.
• Communicates with physicians and families about changes in condition.
