Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to Residents in a safe environment.
• Provides supervision to CNAs and other staff on shift.
• Gives and receives shift reports and communicates changes to physicians and families.
• Rounds the unit multiple times to ensure proper care and safety.
• Assists in developing comprehensive care plans and maintains documentation.
• Maintains confidentiality of medical records and complies with infection control policies.
• Responds promptly to call lights and assists with admissions and transfers.
