Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking an RN Clinical Team Lead to guide weekend nursing staff in Maryland.

You will supervise medication distribution, perform rounds, provide staff and resident education, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Active Maryland RN license and long-term care experience required; leadership and teamwork are essential to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Maryland RN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required

License:

• Must have an Active RN Registered Nurse License to practice within the state of Maryland
