Job summary

Complete Care at Corsica Hills, a provider in Centreville, MD, seeks an RN Clinical Team Lead to supervise nursing staff, conduct rounds, and educate residents and families. This position requires an active Maryland RN license and prior long-term care exposure, with no on-call requirements and weekend shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring medications, blood draws, and other patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in line with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
