Job summary

Complete Care at Corsica Hills in Centreville, MD is seeking an RN Clinical Team Lead to supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure adherence to regulations. The position is full-time with 12- or 16-hour shifts on weekends, no on-call requirements, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and regulatory compliance within a long-term

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with active Maryland license.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently or within a team; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift; monitor medications and patient care activities.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and families as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Now Hiring: RN Clinical Team Lead Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required

License:

• Must have an Active RN Registered Nurse License to practice within the state of Maryland
