Job summary

Cadia Healthcare Renaissance is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor for 7p-7a shifts to oversee clinical care across the facility. You will ensure care is coordinated, staff is properly allocated, and rounds are conducted at shift start and end to maintain quality and safety for all residents.

The role requires an active RN license and prior supervisor experience in long-term care or healthcare settings. Training in rehabilitative nursing and knowledge of long-term care regulations are valued;

Qualifications

• Current RN license in this state or a compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare facilities.
• Training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc. as necessary.
• Review staffing for the assigned shift to ensure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA and adjust staffing as required.
• Make rounds at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Replace any call-offs during the shift.
• Communicate events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Position Description

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the overall clinical care of all residents throughout the facility and to assure that all care is coordinated and provided. Cadia is dedicated to providing the best care possible and thats where you come in!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc. as necessary.
• Review all staffing for the assigned shift and assure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA. Review shift PPD and make staffing adjustments as required.
• Make rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Replace any call offs that are received during the shift.
• Communicate all events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON. Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare related facilities.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
