Cadia Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee the clinical care of all residents in the facility and ensure coordinated, high-quality care. You will supervise staffing, complete rounds, and replace call-offs to maintain coverage while communicating critical events to the DON/ADON.
