Cadia Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Evening Supervisor to lead clinical care across the facility on evenings. You will ensure coordinated care, staffing coverage, and compliance with regulations.

The role requires a current RN license and at least 2 years of supervisor experience in long-term care or healthcare. Training in rehabilitative nursing and knowledge of LTC regulations are preferred.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state.

• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc.
• Review staffing for the assigned shift and assure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA.
• Make rounds at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Replace any call offs that are received during the shift.
• Communicate events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON.
• Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate.
