Job summary

Cadia Healthcare is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor for the 7p-7a shift in Delaware. The role oversees clinical care, staffing, and rounds to ensure high-quality resident support.

Requires an active RN license and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care; rehabilitative nursing training and LTC regulations knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in the state or compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in long-term care or healthcare facilities.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing preferred, knowledge of LTC regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care for all residents on the facility wide to ensure coordinated care.
• Review staffing for each shift and assign nurses/CNAs accordingly.
• Make rounds at shift start and end; replace call-offs during shift.
• Communicate events/incidents to DON/ADON and support corrective actions.

Cadia is dedicated to providing the best care possible and that’s where you come in!Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc. as necessary.Review all staffing for the assigned shift and assure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA. Review shift PPD and make staffing adjustments as required.Make rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift.Replace any call offs that are received during the shift.Communicate all events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON. Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate.Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state.Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare related facilities.Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
