Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor, RN to oversee the day-to-day Nursing Services on Saturdays and Sundays, providing direct resident care as needed. You will supervise Charge Nurses, CNAs and CMAs, ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, and support the DON/ADON to maintain high-quality care.

This role requires an active RN license, up to two years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting, and familiarity with

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Up to two years as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Knowledge of PCC System.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
• Be a supportive Team Member, Contribute to and be an example of Team work and concept.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
• Ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Demonstrate patience, tact, cheerful disposition, enthusiasm and have the capability and soft skills to handle difficult residents.
• Relate information concerning a resident’s conditions.
• May be necessary to assist in evacuation of residents during emergencies.

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services staff, Charge Nurses, CNAs and CMAs and ensure their work is aligned with current rules and guidelines for the facility.
• Make written and verbal reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift.
• Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating Nursing Services to ensure the Resident’s total regimen of care is maintained.
• Interpret Department’s Policies and Procedures to the staff, residents, visitors and government agencies.
• Maintain lists of equipment repairs or needs required for resident care.
• Recommend equipment and supply needs of your unit/shift to the Charge Nurse/Nurse Supervisor.
• Ensure SDSs are on file for hazardous chemicals used in the Nursing Services department.
