Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Professional and Compassionate Weekend Supervisor, RN to oversee weekend Nursing Services staff and deliver direct patient care in our Texas facility. You will ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures, supervise Charge Nurses, CNAs, and CMAs, and report shift activities to the DON or ADON.

Must have RN licensure in Texas and experience in rehabilitative nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• Up to two years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of PCC System workflow and rehabilitative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend Nursing Services staff and coordinate care.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, local standards and the Nursing Services Procedures Manual.
• Provide direct nursing care as required.
• Prepare reports on shift activities and coordinate with DON/ADON.
