We are seeking a caring and dynamic individual to join our leadership team, impacting residents, families, and staff positively. The successful candidate will assist in planning, developing, and organizing daily functions, supervise nursing staff, and ensure quality care.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising nursing staff and daily operations
• Functioning as a floor nurse as needed
• Ensuring compliance with health regulations
• Providing leadership to promote quality resident care

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in State and in good standing
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or in a supervisory role preferred
• Ability to relate positively to residents, families, and staff
• Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance
• Meet all local health regulations and pass a health assessment

Additional Requirements:
