JOIN TEAM TRILOGY

We are seeking a dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

• 12-hour shifts
• Flexible schedule options (9 AM - 9 PM, 10 AM - 10 PM, 11 AM - 11 PM)
• Additional premium pay for weekends

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing admission assessments and baseline care planning for new residents
• Complete MDS Section GG Functional assessment within required timeframes
• Ensure accurate daily skilled documentation is assigned and completed
• Participate in the development, revision, and implementation of resident care plans
• Provide written and oral reports/recommendations to clinical leadership
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident care services

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid state RN license and CPR certification
